Would this make a good first outfit for a baby girl?
Yes. White is a lovely traditional choice for a newborn, while the small touches of pink give this sleepsuit a distinctly baby girl look. The Newborn size makes it especially suitable for a hospital bag or coming home outfit.

Is this a good choice if I prefer subtle pink rather than an entirely pink outfit?
Definitely. Most of the sleepsuit is white, with pink used as an accent around the collar and within the smocked detailing. We'd recommend this if you like traditional baby girl clothing but prefer softer, understated colours.

Is it suitable for colder weather?
Yes. The velour fabric, long sleeves and enclosed feet make this one of the styles we'd choose for an autumn or winter newborn. You can adjust the layers underneath according to the temperature.

What accessories would you put with it?
