The Quirky font is a stylised font. Some middle letters may appear larger, taller, or more capitalised as part of the design. By selecting this font, you understand and accept this style.

We may make small adjustments to spacing, sizing, or layout where needed to improve the finished appearance of your personalised product. These adjustments will always be made with the aim of creating the best result.

All orders are shipped using tracked delivery services with Royal Mail.

Non-personalised orders are usually dispatched the same working day if ordered before 1pm.

Personalised orders require embroidery and are subject to a completion time of approximately 5 working days before dispatch.

In the unlikely event that you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can simply return them to us within 28 days of delivery in their original condition. Exclusions apply.

*Christening Outfits and Special Occasion Wear must be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original condition, all tags attached and in their original packaging.
