Where will my baby's name be embroidered?
The name is embroidered onto the front of the white quilted jacket only. The pink sleepsuit is supplied without personalisation.

Which font will you use?
We use our italic embroidery font for this outfit, giving the name a traditional, flowing appearance.

Can I choose the embroidery colour?
Yes. You can select your preferred thread colour when ordering.

How many letters can I have?
The maximum is 8 letters. Please check the spelling carefully before ordering, particularly as personalised items are made especially for you.

Would you recommend this as a new baby gift?
Yes. The combination of a complete two-piece outfit and baby's embroidered name makes it particularly suitable for a new baby, baby shower or coming-home gift.

Which size should I choose for a newborn?
If you're buying before baby arrives and would like the outfit for those very first days, choose Newborn. If baby has already arrived, we'd recommend choosing according to their current age and size rather than automatically selecting Newborn.

Please note that some of our clothing follows European/Spanish sizing. You may notice that the label shows sizes like 3 months instead of 0–3 months, or 6 months instead of 3–6 months — this is completely normal and reflects the European size standard.

We consider our clothing true to size, so we recommend choosing your little one’s usual size.

All orders are shipped using tracked delivery services with Royal Mail.

In the unlikely event that you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can simply return them to us within 28 days of delivery in their original condition. Exclusions apply.

*Christening Outfits and Special Occasion Wear must be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original condition, all tags attached and in their original packaging.
