All orders are shipped using tracked delivery services with Royal Mail.

In the unlikely event that you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can simply return them to us within 28 days of delivery in their original condition. Exclusions apply.

*Christening Outfits and Special Occasion Wear must be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original condition, all tags attached and in their original packaging.
