About Us

Lullaby Lane Baby Shop is a true family run business. Starting its journey in 2017, as a little shop in Sheffield city centre, run by dad, Phil and his partner Kristen.

Shortly after opening, they invested in an embroidery machine, and Phil built a little website so their lovely products could be bought by a wider audience.
The website quickly grew, and the orders came flooding in….Phil and Kristen needed extra helping hands…..quick!!!

First to join the team was youngest son Joe……who was a wizard on the embroidery machine…..but the orders kept coming thick and fast, so more embroidery machines were bought to keep up with the demand.

Lullaby Lane Baby Shop was growing fast…..so next to join the team was Phil’s eldest son’s partner, Kier. Kier learned the ropes quickly, working on many important things, developing the website, managing our busy social media pages, packing, wrapping and also becoming involved with the personalising of our babywear.

All was going well…..then the pandemic struck. At this point orders through the website went through the roof!!!
We needed somewhere bigger to work, as more embroidery machines were needed and we desperately needed more space for the rails and rails of baby clothes that our customers could not get enough of. Luckily, we found the perfect building in our home town of Rotherham.
Phil’s oldest son Sam was the next to join the team, and has been kept madly busy managing the mountains of postage from the website.

And finally, the team was joined by Phil’s younger brother Paul, much needed to manage the constant stream of stock flowing in and out of Lullaby Lane HQ.

The secret of our success? Top quality products at affordable prices. As a family, we know how we can treasure the little things, so when we personalise any item, big or small, it is done with love and attention to detail. Good, old fashioned customer service is important to us, and we are proud to say that many of our customers we now consider as friends. It was a great honour to be voted "Baby Product Retailer of the Year 21/22"
