Important sizing information: This hat is designed specifically for newborn babies and is intended to fit a newborn baby's head at birth. As babies' heads grow quickly during their first weeks, we recommend purchasing this hat before your baby arrives.

When should I purchase this newborn hat?

We strongly recommend purchasing this hat before your baby arrives. It has been designed specifically for newborn babies at birth, and babies' heads grow quickly during their first few weeks.

Can I order this hat if my baby has already been born?

No. We do not recommend ordering this particular hat once your baby has arrived. It is a newborn-sized hat, and there is a significant risk that it will already be too small.

Is this hat suitable for my hospital bag?

Yes. This hat is particularly suitable for preparing your hospital bag and planning your baby's first outfit. We recommend purchasing it in advance so it's ready for your baby's arrival.

Can I choose the embroidery colour?

Yes. You can choose baby blue, baby pink or silver grey embroidery. All three options are embroidered onto the same white knitted hat.

Is the embroidery completed by Lullaby Lane?

Yes. We embroider these hats ourselves at Lullaby Lane Baby Shop. 

Can my baby wear this hat for sleeping?

Hats should be removed when your baby is indoors, including during sleep, to reduce the risk of overheating. This hat is intended for appropriate supervised use.

Non-personalised orders are usually dispatched the same working day if ordered before 1pm.

Personalised orders require embroidery and are subject to a completion time of approximately 5 working days before dispatch.

In the unlikely event that you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can simply return them to us within 28 days of delivery in their original condition. Exclusions apply.

*Christening Outfits and Special Occasion Wear must be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original condition, all tags attached and in their original packaging.
