Where is the name embroidered?
We embroider baby's name onto the front of the quilted jacket only. The sleepsuit is not personalised.

Which embroidery font will you use?
This outfit is personalised using our italic font, giving the embroidered name a soft, traditional finish.

Can I choose the embroidery colour?
Yes. Simply select your preferred thread colour when ordering.

What is the maximum name length?
We can embroider a name of up to 8 letters. Please double-check the spelling before completing your order.

Would this make a good coming-home outfit?
Yes. The Newborn size is particularly suited to those first days, while the matching jacket gives you an extra layer for leaving hospital, family visits and photographs.

Which size should I choose?
If you're buying before baby arrives for those first few days, Newborn is the best option. If baby has already arrived, we'd recommend choosing according to their current age and size rather than automatically selecting Newborn.

Please note that some of our clothing follows European/Spanish sizing. You may notice that the label shows sizes like 3 months instead of 0–3 months, or 6 months instead of 3–6 months — this is completely normal and reflects the European size standard.

We consider our clothing true to size, so we recommend choosing your little one’s usual size.

All orders are shipped using tracked delivery services with Royal Mail.

In the unlikely event that you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can simply return them to us within 28 days of delivery in their original condition. Exclusions apply.

*Christening Outfits and Special Occasion Wear must be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original condition, all tags attached and in their original packaging.
