In the unlikely event that you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can simply return them to us within 28 days of delivery in their original condition. Exclusions apply.
*Personalised orders cannot be returned.
*Christening Outfits and Special Occasion Wear must be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original condition, all tags attached and in their original packaging.

Not happy with this the Pom Poms was not on the sock it fell off in the packaging when I opened it… got picture proof too
Customer contacted us 7 days after receiving the socks. Despite claiming that the socks arrived missing the pom poms, the customer removed the tags and packaging. We asked the customer to send a photo of the socks, and the photo sent showed extensive damage to one of the socks. As a small business who takes pride in the quality of the products we sell, and also how we package our orders there is no possibility that the socks were sent in that state, and as we pack our items in cardboard boxes, also no possibility such damage could have been caused during shipping. As our return and refund policy states, if you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us immediately and before you remove any tags and we will do our best to help. However in this case we can see that the damage caused to these best selling socks has occurred after the item was received.
